Being able to find time between designing to bake savory or sweets treats, is one of the great things about working from home.  Yesterday I baked a traditional irish soda bread – perfectly simple to make, yeast and wheat free, and tastes amazing still warm from the oven. All I need now is to invest in a time-saving KitchenAid mixer to feed my increasing addiction with baking… then I’ll be unstoppable!
