Bearing A Gift: Jewelled Salad

I found this festive salad recipe in last year’s Woman and Home Feel Good Food Christmas Magazine and made it for a bring and share meal with friends the other night. It’s full of wonderful fresh ingredients, colourful, and easy to make. Let me know whether you decide to make it this Christmas and what you think of it. I loved it (but missed out on second helpings as it was eaten quickly!) and definitely planning on making it again before the season to eat, drink and be merry is over.
