Wilderness Festival

Thanks to The Vintage Festival, I went along to the Wilderness Festival this year, set in the beautiful grounds of Cornbury Park in Oxfordshire. In it’s second year, it had almost double in size from last year, but I felt it was perfectly propotioned to be relaxing as well as have a vibrant buzz. The sun shone, cider was on tap, the food was varied and delicious, people were happy, and the workshops and talks I went to were super interesting. It was nice to see so many families with young kids enjoying the atmosphere, crafts and activities too. Highlights included The Temper Trap, coffee and edible flowers at the Thyme tent, playing ‘Pucket‘, Rhubarb Crumble icecream, finding out about Seed : Ball (keep your eyes peeled soon for a special Seed : Ball giveaway!) and saying hello to gardener/forager Alys Fowler. I’m hoping to go next year and take new friends along who I know would love it.
